Pay Rate: $60/hour.

Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Creole SpeakingNurse Educator to provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance for employees of a private business in New Jersey. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide care to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 personalized coaching to help clients establish healthy eating habits.
  
• Support clients in diabetes management and other aspects of well-being and lifestyle.
• Maintain client's documentation.

Requirements:

• Active license of Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
  
• At least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience working with diabetes patient. Certified Diabetes Educator strongly preferred.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must speak fluent Haitian Creole.
