Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality blowouts, updos, extensions, keratins, treatments and similar salon services.
• Engage with affluent clientele, ensuring satisfaction and upholding the salon's proud reputation.
• Participate in training programs to continually enhance skills and stay updated in current techniques.
• Collaborate with our exceptional, well-experienced team to maintain a vibrant and upscale environment.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License.
• A professional demeanor, engaging personality, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• A good work ethic and commitment to a 35-to-45-hour workweek.
• A team spirit coupled with a can-do attitude.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly pay for full time stylists is $15.00/hr (our starting stylists typically earn between $30-$40/hr, or $60,000-$80,000 your first year)
