We are seeking a talented and motivated Salon Assistant to join our team at our Severna Park salon. As a Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our stylists in delivering high-quality salon services. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service throughout their salon experience
- Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sanitizing tools and workstations
- Handle retail sales of hair care products and recommend appropriate products to clients
- Manage front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking clients in and out
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive salon experience
Qualifications:
- No experience needed, will train the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
