Hair Artisan Products Brewer

Lockhart’s Customs is one of the top private label manufacturer's in the U.S. Our business is growing and we are in need of some excited and motivated new team members to serve as Brewer's and learn our manufacturing routine, which includes our proprietary hair products “recipes” and “cooking”.

Applicants must have cooking skills, or an understanding of, desire, and ability to learn cooking processes very easily since manufacturing of hair products is very similar to cooking foods. Applicant must also have a High School Education or GED, the ability to lift and move 60+ lbs of dense, concentrated weight, a positive attitude and willingness to help others, and the ability to creatively solve problems. Once our products are brewed, they are poured into jars by the Brewer or an assistant and then handled by our labeling and packaging team for sale (although, as a small team it’s all hands on deck some days so be prepared to help in all aspects of the business!).

There will be a 90 day training period where applicants will learn the brewing/manufacturing process, correlating record keeping for batches, cleaning and prepping of brewing areas, the setup of all necessary tools and containers for the day, as well as labeling and packing finished products, and an understanding of inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
