Gemstone Gymnastics is focused on building strong, happy, confident kids! Do you love children, more than you love gymnastics? Our ideal candidate will have experience working with kids. Ex: teacher, child care, child development, child education, daycare. Any Gymnastics experience is a plus but not required. We love gymnastics too, but we always put kids first! We believe that gymnastics is a tool to teach life skills and build self-confidence. We also believe that top quality gymnastics instruction and customer service is essential. You do not need to have gymnastics or coaching experience to work here. We will train the right person. We are looking for great character and integrity first, and then we will teach the right person all of the technical gymnastics aspects. Experience as a teacher in child care, child education, child development is preferred.

Hourly compensation ranges from $18-$30 depending on experience. With bonuses, paid time off, 401(k), the yearly equivalent is $38,000+ to $70,000+. In addition to hourly wages, employees will have the opportunity to earn bonuses by working our special events, camps, and birthday parties. Paid vacation days and holidays available to every employee. Profit-sharing program will be made available to management.

We are looking for teachers to lead the following:

• toddler & preschool gymnastics classes
• recreational gymnastics classes
• ninja warrior classes
• team gymnastics using the Xcel program structure
• we are looking to hire from within to grow our leadership and management team.
