Gym Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. ```Duties```

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services

- Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions or concerns

- Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Ability to diagnose problems with equipment and fix as needed.

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Assist with inventory management and replenishment

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

```Experience```

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math is an advantage

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 30 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
