About The Role:
Our team members work in Guest Services and are responsible for assisting visitors with information and sales of tickets to our exhibits. In this role you will welcome guest by scanning their tickets into the hottest, new exhibition to hit the Strip. You will help take memorable photos and sell amazing retail merchandise for the
King: Tut. We need you to interact with guests and highlights the experience in which we want visitors to have. You are the introduction to the main event. This individual must be positive, initiate and engage our guest by providing friendly and helpful service. This individual knows how to talk to people and will upsell the experiences based upon our guests’ desires.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learns and works with retail and photo systems
- Process ticket scans for guests
- Assists guests with their questions and concerns

- Cross promotion to other venues, experiences and shows associated with the property assigned
- Up to date on all property information to include amenities, shows and rewards program and benefits the hotel and or casino provides for guests to experience our exhibits.
- Anticipates guest’s needs regarding entertainment.
- Communicates well with guests, fellow team members and leadership.
- Must have excellent communication skills and service ability Communicates well with guests, fellow team members and leadership.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the box office
- Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
- Listen and resolve guest complaints within scope of position; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Knowledge of ticketing menu, ticketing packages and offerings
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use varied Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Cash handling and experience with proper bank
- Able to handle multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays PREFERRED
- Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast paced environment which requires standing for up to and beyond 8 hours, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. Position may also require lifting to 30 lbs. with bending at the waist like motions.
