Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our team for Overnight Shifts. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, etc.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in Guest Services or hotel management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
