Job Description
We are currently seeking an Guest Services and Reservation Agent with a can-do attitude for our Vail/ Beaver Creek locations. This position requires a highly organized individual who can remain calm under pressure and balance challenging priorities regularly.
- Handling reservation inquiries and booking reservations.
- Answering guest questions regarding the area and lodging information.
- Fielding in-house guest inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Fielding owner inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Responsible for answering office phones.
- Performing office administration tasks.
- Must be reliable, professional, friendly, and courteous.
- Familiarity with OTAs is helpful but not required, the ability to learn computer systems and computer literacy is required.
- Occasional property inspections.
- Efficient and independent worker, self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required.
- Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to use company software systems (with training).
- Must have a smartphone.
- Must be able to be on-call two nights a week to assist with emergency after-hours situations.
