Description
We are currently seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our hotel team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests throughout their stay. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and in good condition
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
