The Guest Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our guests by managing villa inspections, overseeing villa activations for guest arrivals, coordinating linen preparation and guest disposables for housekeeping, performing small repairs, managing work orders, providing repair estimates to owners, and liaising with vendors to deliver prompt and affordable service.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough villa inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guest arrivals.
2. Coordinate villa activations for guest arrivals, including ensuring all amenities are in place and functioning properly.
3. Manage the preparation and disposal of linens for housekeeping, ensuring adequate supply and cleanliness.
4. Perform small repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to maintain villa functionality and appearance.
5. Enter and manage work orders for maintenance and repairs, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and guest needs.
6. Provide repair estimates to villa owners and obtain approval before proceeding with repairs.
7. Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure prompt and affordable service delivery for maintenance and repair needs.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and repair costs.
9. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during their stay, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
10. Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and property management, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
