We're now taking applications for a Guest Service Representative to join our team.

Guest Service Representative - Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner 
• Accompany guests to correct department and team member 
• Creates a unique and personalized experience for each customer
• Accountability for satisfying all customers you meet, by going above and beyond
• Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed
• Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed
• Maintain office supplies for specific location
• Manage the overall appearance of the showroom

Guest Service Representative - Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suites 
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Maintain professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to complete background check
• Applicants may be drug tested
