Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Hungry, Humble, and Smart
- Refer Guest Complaints to Leaders in accordance with Lamp Post policies and procedures • Welcome Guests to the Center
- Coordinates scheduling of appointments for center services • Documents all guest challenges with guests in the system
- Mark Up the Books daily
- Sending appropriate reports to leaders
- Promoting European Wax Center
- Perform high – customer services following Lamp Post and European Wax Center standards
- Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts and delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction
- Educate guests on European Wax Center product line and services to enhance their overall experience and results.
- Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all areas of the center
- Inventory and restocking of center
- Be able to respond to guest inquiries
- Properly account for all transactions and cash
- Maintain Guest Service Associate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding LPF Core Values
- Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center
- Treat equipment responsibility and with respect
- Knowledge of Basic computer functions
- Off site canvassing and marketing required as needed by Center Team Leader Work
Environment:
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct team leaders.
- Must be able to adapt to change in activity frequently as the business requires.
- Most work is performed indoors. The temperature is moderate and controlled.
- Must be able to stand or sit at a desk per shift. Standing, walking, and sitting are required. Length of time at these tasks varies daily.
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in communicating with clients, co-workers, and team leaders.
