Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Assist with reservations and room assignments based on guest preferences and availability
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively sell products or services to guests
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in jewelry, wireless electronics, or similar industries is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to demonstrate product features through product demos
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
