WoodSpring Suites is looking for an energetic Guest Service Agent to apply a smile and friendly attitude while interacting with guests and create a welcoming environment to promote a positive outcome in guest satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:
- Requires excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Maintains a professional business appearance, attitude and performance
- Responsible for guest check-in and check-out
- Process reservations, registrations, and extensions based on availability
- Obtain all necessary guest information and payments within established standards
- Maintains customer’s privacy
- Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best experience for guests and team members
- Demonstrates good communication skills with GM, guests, and other staff members
- Responsible for keeping track of shift details
- Complies with all safety and security policies
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience: Prior Guest Service experience in customer service related role
- Knowledge: General understanding of common office/front; basic business management practices
- Abilities:
- Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures
- Respond calmly in situations of conflict and stress
- Adapt to changes in daily work
- Problem solve in a timely manner
- Skills:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Effective with organization, management of time and attention to detail
- Effective communication with staff and guests
- Effective at multitasking and managing multiple projects at the same time
