Brickyard Properties llc is looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for dealing with guests and providing a high level of customer service. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the face of the company, greeting visitors, providing assistance and answering questions. Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for guests visiting the property
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company and its services
- Ensure guest satisfaction by effectively resolving complaints and issues
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless experiences
- Ensure guest records are accurate and confidential
- Promote the company's services to visitors and potential clients
- Keep abreast of industry developments and ensure a high level of knowledge of the company's offerings
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in guest relations in a similar setting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional demeanor and appearance
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
