Guest Service Agent

Brickyard Properties llc is looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for dealing with guests and providing a high level of customer service. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, the successful applicant will enhance the guest experience and brand image. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the face of the company, greeting visitors, providing assistance and answering questions. Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests visiting the property
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company and its services
• Ensure guest satisfaction by effectively resolving complaints and issues
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless experiences
• Ensure guest records are accurate and confidential
• Promote the company's services to visitors and potential clients
• Keep abreast of industry developments and ensure a high level of knowledge of the company's offerings

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in guest relations in a similar setting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A professional demeanor and appearance
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
