Job Description: As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your duties will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assisting guests with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions with precision.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
