• The full hourly pay for this position ends up being approx. $13.65-20/hr, the overall pay will depend on incentives such as wax package sales.

• Ability to work days, evenings and at least one weekend day
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
• A professional appearance at all times
• Ability to work in a FUN, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible days and hours
• Ability to work in a team-work based environment
• Sales experience is strongly preferred
• Can reach items six feet above the ground
• Can lift 25 pounds
• Desire to build genuine relationships with guests
• Passion to support and represent the EWC values
