POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning Guest Rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Clean Guest Rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service, as needed
DOES IT SOUND LIKE YOU?
- 1-2 year experience as a Room Attendant
- Excellent team work and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast paced work environment
For applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation for the position is $20 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
