Position Overview
As an aftermarket sales associate you will be responsible for discussing accessories and aftermarket products with all new and used customers. You will be considered the accessories and aftermarket subject matter expert and will work in conjunction with the sales reps to uncover the needs of the customer and identify the right aftermarket solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for accessories and aftermarket products and will have general knowledge of how to sell and finance these products. Candidates with experience in automotive sales, service, parts or have worked in an independent or franchise shop are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales reps by discussing accessories and aftermarket solutions with the customer prior to the finance process
- Remain up to date on all product launches and product deficiencies
- Maintain subject matter expertise by attending accessories trainings and leveraging knowledge from the service department
Qualifications Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections

- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Proficient in basic business math including percentages
- Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
- Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
