How you’ll contribute:
As a Guest Member Specialist, you’ll align directly to a Divisional Sales Manager and their Internal and External Wholesalers to provide dedicated service for Brighthouse Financial’s annuity financial professionals. This role will predominantly focus on annuity new business and will be within Enterprise Operations, but strongly partner with the distribution organization.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Provide dedicated service support to new financial professionals throughout the life of an annuity new business ticket.
Provide clear and concise updates to wholesalers and financial professionals on annuity business.
Work with wholesalers and financial professionals to obtain outstanding requirements to complete new application.
Demonstrate full accountability and ownership of each annuity new business ticket.
Support our distribution team’s most important financial professionals through direct partnership with our Third-Party vendor, Alliance-One.

We’re looking for people who have:
3+ years of industry experience, preferably in the annuity new business.
Solid customer service background.
Effective relationship building skills, and an advisor-service mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
High degree of professionalism.
Conscientious and detail oriented
Ability to work on a tight timeline in high-pressure environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of existing, new, and enhanced annuity products.
Fluency in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Korean a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation – Base salary ranging from $56,000.00 to $70,000.00 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
