We are seeking a friendly, motivated and professional Reservationist/Guest Experience Specialist to join our ever-growing team at a fast paced vacation rental company! As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and homeowners, and must provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service at all times. Your main goals will be to maintain 100% guest satisfaction and accuracy in assisting guests with their inquires and reservations, meet monthly booking/sales expectations and complete all required reporting tasks. This position requires a self-starting, go-getter, positive attitude and the right candidate must LOVE answering the phone, as well as working with people and the public!

/// RESPONSIBILITIES \\\

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

- Provide information about rental amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other teammates to ensure a smooth Guest Experience and healthy workplace environment

- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations or arranging services

/// EXPERIENCE \\\

- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred

- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
