Responsibilities

• Convert leads and current database clients into appointments for the sales team

• Manifest opportunities through outbound follow-up calls/emails

• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner

• Ensure COMPLETE customer satisfaction every time

• Learn and understands all products and services offered

• Attend/complete required training and department meetings

• Willing to learn and grow in the position

Qualifications

• High school graduate

• Proficient use of computer systems, specifically Customer Relation Management software used in car industry or similar field

• Ability to handle/make a high volume of calls/emails for 8 hours a day (anywhere from 100-300 points of contact expected per day)

• Appointment setting skills

• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must

• Professional personal appearance

• Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale

• Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees
