Responsible for all front desk and housekeeping operations including marketing, event planning, and housekeeping management while maintaining high standards of hospitality + care.
RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Coordinate guest reservations + check in
- Manage front desk and housekeeping operations
- Group + event planning and booking assistance
- Assist with marketing + sales activities
- Assist with training of Guest Experience Specialists
- Complete reporting as required by general manager and ownership
- Create social media content, including a monthly content calendar
- Assist with writing the Arch + Cable blog
- Respond to reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, etc.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by General Manager
QUALIFICATIONS…
- Experience in hospitality/hotel management
- Graduates with a degree in hospitality/tourism or marketing preferred
CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO…
- Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Commit to delivering high levels of customer service
- Desire to develop as a leader in the hospitality industry
THIS POSITION WILL BEGIN AS PART TIME EMPLOYMENT AND MOVE TO FULL TIME (32 HOURS/WEEK): SEPTEMBER 1 = 15 TO 20 HOURS/WEEK, SEPTEMBER 25 =32+ HOURS/WEEK
