Your Purpose as a Guest Care Coordinator:

  • Use a multi-line phone system to respond to general customer inquiries and/or direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining guests by processing web-based inquiries and customer issues.
  • Complete detailed and accurate call logs and reports, recognize trends in customer calls, and demonstrate a positive attitude while assisting in a team building environment.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with guests and the leadership team on opportunities to increase business.
  • Maintain a professional company appearance, including but not limited to high-quality phone interactions, following dress code guidelines (which may include company branded shirts), and maintaining a presentable work area.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
