Sanctuary Spa, the first Houston day spa founded in 1984, is in search of a Guest Care Associate to help greet all of our guests and guide them through their personalized experience at our beautiful day spa.
A great candidate will be caring, proactive, dependable and eager to learn everything about our natural skin & body products and services as well as how Sanctuary Spa provides amazing experiences for all of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests as they enter the spa
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Display masterful knowledge of spa experiences, menu, and retail
- Promote spa services and gift certificates, advise on gift selection
- Maneuver through the software program quickly and effectively - efficiently make reservations, checking-in and checking-out guests
- Assist in closing the sales for all the technicians
- Opening and closing the spa, including register, ambience and light cleaning
Desired Qualifications
- Skin care knowledge and understanding of a spa menu
- Computer skills and aptitude for mastering spa software
- Experience in front line guest service (hospitality and retail highly desired)
- Good selling abilities
- Good sense of time management
- Flexible schedule
- Good organizational skills, follow-through and attention to details
- Able to multitask and improvise on the spur of the moment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
