The Role:

As a Guest Care Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our salon's daily operations. From greeting clients with warmth to handling appointments and providing insights on our Aveda products, your role is pivotal in enhancing our guest experience. You'll be part of a close-knit team, working alongside skilled salon and nail technicians to ensure every client leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

A quick learner with a positive outlook and exceptional people skills.

Proficient with computers and comfortable communicating over the phone.

Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.

Can stand during the duration of their shift

Experienced in retail and makeup (preferred, but not mandatory).

Position Details:

Part-Time: Minimum 20 hours per week across 3 to 6-8 hour shifts.

Compensation:

$16 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, primarily day shifts with weekends as needed. Closed Sundays and on most major holidays.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Location:

This position is in-person at our vibrant Fort Collins location.
