The Guest Activities Concierge is responsible for a variety of adult and family activities like bar events, smores nights, arts and crafts, etc. Position will require some bar knowledge and certifications, as well as desire to work with families. This position includes Concierge-style customer service, that involves interacting with guests, recommending dining and activity options, and providing excellent customer service. Some tips will be included in the position, depending on the type of events worked.
Qualifications:- Responsible for leading family and adult activity programs
- Guest service and assistance relating to general need for guest information and direction
- Communicate and promote Guest Activities and resort special event programs to Guests
- Collaborating and coordinating with other resort departments as needed, on activities and events
- Knowledge of wines and beverages specific to bar menu
- Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department
- Perform accurate bar inventory as deemed necessary by the Director of Sales
- Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas, including bar
- Assist the Food and Beverage Department as needed
- Provides exceptional customer service to all guests
