JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- One to three (1-3 years) hands on experience in an operation's center environment.
- Supervise & manage employees at your assigned job site
- Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Must be willing to work various shifts and days. Operational needs may dictate schedule adjustments, as deemed warranted by supervisory personnel.
- Sound knowledge of state-of-the-art security technology, including the Fund's card reader access control, alarm systems, building life safety system, CCTV monitoring, recording system, radio, and telephone systems.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Intermediate level personal computing skills, including MS-Office software products (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Knowledge of PeopleSoft database and the Software House alarm monitoring and card access system desired.
- Sound judgment and the ability to demonstrated and maintain composure under pressure and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements.
- A comprehensive understanding of the layouts of the Washington, DC properties of the Fund, including monitoring fire alarms, and fire suppression points.
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or related fields is preferred
- Two years of college or Associate Degree preferred. H.S Diploma/GED acceptable with applicable experience.
- Pass an extensive screening process
