Are you early career and interested in being a leader within technology? Now is your opportunity to join a rotational program that provides experience and exposure across COUNTRY Technology including Application Development, Operations and Support, Security, and Infrastructure Engineering. The goal of the program is to prepare the next generation of Technology leadership through curated and focused assignments that encourage diversity and provide exposure to different divisions, roles, and functions within Technology.
The rotational program is a 3-year commitment made up of three 12-month rotations and starts June 2024 to provide an opportunity to rotate into three different roles. Employees in the rotation will have an opportunity to:
- Learn about key aspects of Technology and how we interact with business areas.
- Obtain a broad understanding of multiple divisions.
- Understand operating model for technology organization.
- Interact with, and learn from, multiple Technology leaders.
- Be mentored, and engage in, networking opportunities.
- At a high level, you may be assigned to roles with the following responsibilities based on skill, experience, and interest.
- Participates in projects and assessments on risk.
- Analyzes and defines security policies and standards.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN.
How does a Technology Process Analyst Sr an impact?
- Evaluates processes and conducts analyses to determine opportunities for improve; prepares findings and presents results.
- Leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to address process improvement initiatives.
- Prepares analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of improvements and controls implemented.

- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
