Who we are.
BoomPop is on a mission to bring people together. We make it easy for you to have fun and connect on a human level with the people you work with, no matter where you are. 

We launched with amazing virtual events and quickly expanded to IRL (think: offsites, retreats, client summits, annual kickoffs) as well as a single platform that makes it easy for any company to manage everything in one place. Although we're barely over 2yrs old, we have over 4,000 clients (Google, Apple, Netflix, Nike, Accenture) and have brought over 150,000 people together so far. And we're just getting started. 

Umm... corporate events?
Oh YES, corporate events. We, as humans, spend of our time working. And asleep. The majority of our life is spent with people at work! The tectonic shift that is remote work has left 57% of office space vacant (yeah...$1.7T of annual spend: poof), and companies such as Airbnb, Salesforce, Shopify, and Reddit are all adopting the new mantra: "Offsites are the new office." Companies around the world need help bringing their teams together and our goal is to make planning a company kickoff, client summit, or retreat as easy as buying products on Amazon. Watch. Us. Do. It. (Or actually, come help.)

Group travel pre-pandemic was already 40% of the $800B corporate travel industry and it's absolutely exploding as companies shift facilities spend to IRL events. (by the way, 73% of clients are managers planning events for the first time in their careers ... shouldn't be their job.)

About the role

BoomPop is looking for an energetic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager! As a Growth Marketing Manager at BoomPop, you will be pivotal in driving and owning demand generation and performance marketing. You'll own, plan, execute and manage all performance marketing initiatives, including paid ads, display, and more. This role is perfect for someone looking to constantly test, measure and optimize- including new creative, messaging, and even channels. This role reports into the VP of Growth- you will be critical in determining BoomPop's overall growth strategy.
What You'll Do:
    • Create, optimize, and analyze end to end campaigns including digital channels.
    • Proactively suggest and test new opportunities for growth- new channels, messaging, audiences, etc.
    • Create customized experiences using various channels including Linkedin, Display, Facebook, and more.
    • Identify target audiences and creatively build and lead across-channels marketing campaigns.
    • Create and develop landing page content with sales and design teams.
    • Deep-dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact down the funnel.
    • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs.
    • Build and optimize integrated campaigns for various customer profiles.
    • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and maximize impact of marketing efforts.
    • Drive SEO, SEM, and ad campaigns to optimize program performance.
    • Create and oversee marketing collateral, owning messaging consistency across channels.
    • Partner with product and sales teams to improve CVR.
    • Own metrics, analytics, and tracking for demand generation activities.
What You Have:
    • 4+ years operating performance marketing and demand generation campaigns for B2B.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding marketing metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL etc.
    • A passion for metrics and experience using data to guide decisions, programs and spend.
    • Proven track record of testing and optimizing, finding and building on success in new channels.
    • Expertise in analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, PostHog, Ahrefs).
    • Expertise in various digital channels (ex. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Display, etc).
    • Bonus: Expertise in unique digital channels (ex. Reddit Ads, Podcast Ads, Newsletter Ads, etc).
$70,000 - $90,000 a year
