The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment and leverage your prior experience in a digital marketing role to bring new and exciting digital video campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team to promote DraftKings' Daily Fantasy Sports and Sportsbook products. Leveraging your creativity, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm, you'll create value for our players through many touchpoints. Your work will drive relevance, engagement, and growth across our key channels.
What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Associate:
- Support strategic planning and execution of digital video and streaming (OTT + YouTube) campaigns to meet larger team goals, and KPIs.
- Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.
- Report on campaign performance and present learnings to the wider growth team.
- Collaborate with our external media partners, ensuring efficient campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Partner with the Creative, Analytics and wider Marketing teams to develop cohesive and effective campaigns, ensuring alignment across streaming campaigns.
- Develop creative briefs for digital marketing assets.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a digital marketing role; YouTube/OTT, media buying, or acquisition marketing or advertising is a plus.
- Strong project management capabilities with strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and share key learnings with the larger marketing team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,600.00 - $86,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
