We are looking for a Growth Designer to join the Marketing team!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the growth team, product managers, and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and user engagement targets. Create user-centered designs tailored to enhance campaign success and user satisfaction.

• Design engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and supports promotional campaigns.

• Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points within the context of growth campaigns, promotional materials, and social media content. Utilize data-driven findings to inform design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts for campaigns, promotional materials, website components, and social media content. Facilitate effective communication of design ideas to cross-functional teams.

• Craft visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with campaign goals, design principles, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms, especially for social media and website promotional content.

• Enhance the overall design of the company website, ensuring that promotional materials, campaigns, and user engagement features are well-integrated and user-friendly.

• Continuously assess and enhance the user experience within the context of growth campaigns, promotional content, and social media by analyzing user feedback and tracking user interactions. Iterate designs to address user pain points and optimize user engagement.

• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and standards across all promotional materials and social media content.

• Prepare and maintain design documentation, style guides, and campaign-specific design system components to ensure design consistency and facilitate collaboration with various teams working on growth campaigns, website enhancements, and social media content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as graphic design, interaction design, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on supporting growth campaigns, promotional materials, website design, and social media content.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design with a focus on campaign-specific materials, website design, responsive design, and social media content.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices is a plus.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in the context of growth campaigns, website design, and social media content.
