Group Travel Manager

AAA Mid States, the trusted name in travel, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Group Travel Manager to join our team. AAA Mid States specializes in creating memorable journeys for groups of all sizes, offering a wide range of services to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel for our traveling members and clients.

As a Group Travel Manager at AAA Mid States, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Group Travel operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of group trips by coordinating logistics, collaborating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Group Travel experience preferred
• Travel school or equivalent
• Passion for travel
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to prospect and close sales
• Strong negotiation and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to multi-task and have excellent organizational skills
