Group Reservation Coordinator - Hilton Cleveland Downtown

Hilton Cleveland Downtown is searching for a Group Reservation Coordinator to join their team!

We're in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, with the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Playhouse Square, and East 4th Street within a mile. Our hotel is connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. We have an indoor pool, fitness center, and a top-floor bar with views of Lake Erie. Our property consists of 600 rooms and over 45,000 sq ft of meeting space with 18 meeting rooms.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in this or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Hilton experience is preferred but not required.

What will you be doing?

• Processes Group Reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
• Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
• Processes reservation request calls as appropriate
• Assists internal and external customers.
• Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
