We are looking for a heart-centered Group Instructor / Organizer, with strong communication skills, to lead our live group organizing sessions on Zoom. Think of this role as a "group fitness instructor" but for organizing your home! You'll manage our community and lead live organizing sessions multiple times per week with 100+ engaged participants. Requirements include: being on camera, light physical activity (sorting papers, folding clothes, washing dishes, etc.), and engaging with participants in live conversation. Must have strong communication skills, be empathetic, steady, resourceful with technology, and have a genuine love of organizing!

Responsibilities:
- Host live group organizing sessions on Zoom (multiple times per week; must host live on camera (100+ participants), requires light physical activity and engaging in live conversation with customers)
- Co-host live group organizing sessions on Zoom (multiple times per week; requirements include: co-host live on camera, moderate chat, set up breakout rooms, assist in tech support, etc.)
- Host live group member orientations on Zoom (periodically; requirements include: screensharing, giving new members a tour of the platform, answering questions, etc.)
- Manage Community Hub (similar to Facebook group) which includes: engaging with members, creating and moderating posts, scheduling reminder posts, hosting challenges, adding/removing users, hosting live “rooms”, resolving conflict, etc.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating with other group facilitators
- Assist with creating content for membership curriculum
- Assist with social media content management (i.e., schedule posts, repurpose content, respond to comments, etc.)
- Assist with customer support tickets during peak seasons (i.e., respond to emails, phone calls, texts, and live chats, sort & organize support tickets, and record/track issues)

Logistics:
- This position requires at least 5 years of professional experience
- This position does NOT require professional organizing experience. However, if you have professional organizing experience, this is a plus!
- This position is for part-time and immediate hire. This position has the potential opportunity for full-time w/ great benefits
- This is a fully virtual/remote/work-from-home position
- This position requires you to live in Virginia or West Virginia
- This position requires light physical activity, working on camera, & having full access to your home
- All equipment will be provided
- Days/hours are flexible. Requires occasional evenings and weekends
- Hourly (Part-Time): Range $25-$40+/hour
