We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic Group Fitness Trainers to join our F45 Valparaiso & F45 Schererville, IN teams.
F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

Job Task and Responsibilities:

• Leading F45's HIIT group training classes
• Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely with regards to heart rate, exercise technique, posture, and spine, as well as joint stress and stability when resistance training
• Ability to perform/demonstrate all exercises and assist with regressions and progressions for all fitness levels from beginners to elite
• Help set up equipment layout for classes as needed and maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
• Complete F45 Academy's required curriculum
• Be a brand ambassador inside and outside the F45 studio.
• Use personal and business social media page to promote studio on a regular basis
• Motivate members during and after training
• Deliver instruction using the F45 Terminology
• Willingness to work early morning or afternoon/evening sessions & flexible hours
• Take the initiative to provide the best possible service to our members
• Engage and establish relationships with potential members and ultimately convert potential members into members
• Maintain a clean, organized, energetic, and fun studio to achieve member retention
• Assist with sales promotions and activities
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to train all fitness levels (beginner to elite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to connect and develop a rapport with members daily
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to achieve set performance metrics
• Confident, energetic, good at public-speaking, reliable, punctual, professional & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills with a go-getter mentality.
• Obtain/possess/maintain nationally accredited Personal or Group Training certification (ASCM, ACE, NASM, NSCA)
• Live the F45 brand - be physically fit and lead a healthy lifestyle
• Obtain First Aid & CPR Certification

Experience & Skills:

• Current certification from an accredited fitness program required - Personal Trainer (preferred)
• 2+ years of Personal Training Experience (preferred)
• A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
