Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness classes in various disciplines such as yoga, dance, kickboxing, and Pilates
- Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of clients
- Provide instruction on proper body mechanics and form during exercises
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor and motivate clients to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and safely
- Modify exercises or routines as needed to accommodate different fitness levels or physical limitations
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, or kickboxing
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Experience in program design and personal training
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and goals
