Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for Fitness/Yoga professionals to teach at luxury apartment communities in Meridian, ID starting ASAP!
Typical class attendance is 3-5 residents. Preferred schedule for 1x week class is weekday evening (Monday - Thursday, 5:45-7:30PM) or Saturday morning (8-11AM). Pay is $35/45-minute class. Communities are listed below:
- Cortland South Meridian - 1871 S Spanish Fork Way Meridian, ID 83642
- Cortland at Ten Mile - 3800 W Perugia St, Meridian, ID 83642
This individual will be a part of a quickly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high-quality service to members within the community. Seeking individuals comfortable interacting and teaching group yoga/fitness class to the residents along with a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.
Travel to and from community is required in addition to checking and attendance tracking using our software system.
Qualifications
- Liability insurance (required) or willing to get it
- Experience in designing and implementing yoga/fitness programs and classes
- Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or yoga/fitness certification (preferred)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clock-in/clock-out and sign off training sessions using our software
- Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises during classes
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
- Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
- Be a fitness leader in the community
- Build your book and brand yourself for success
