The category-defining concept is an immersive experience that features a 30-foot-tall indoor waterfall and dive well, cliff divers, puppeteers, magicians, interactive character actors, and stage performers. Award-winning chef and restauranteur, Dana Rodriguez, helms Casa Bonita's kitchen and has revamped operations with a new menu, state-of-the kitchen, and tech-enabled service model. Job Description:
- The Group EventsService Representative will be the first point of contact for all email inquiries related to hosting an event at Casa Bonita.
- This role is responsible for providing timely responses to all inquiries and for routing leads to the on-site Group Event team for follow-up.
- As a key member of the team, the Group EventsService Representative will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performs all job-related functions in a cordial friendly manner committed to exceeding team member expectations

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of prior experience in a Customer Service or hospitality role
- Dedicated home office space equipped with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment conducive to delivering high-quality Customer Service
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Gmail Drive Suites and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required as well as the ability to work well under pressure
- Willing to follow procedures and take direction
- Supportive of other team members
- Can compete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, holidays and special events. All shifts include a minimum of one weekend day.
- PTO Blackout period from Thanksgiving week till January. (Though we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas for employees to spend with their families.)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience using Tripleseat or similar software
- Bilingual | Proficient in Spanish reading and writing
