SalaryPart time Groundskeeper/Porter schedule is 8:30am -12:00pm five days a week. This role is responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of the exterior grounds of the apartment community, including buildings, landscaping, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas, and performs a range of duties to include but not limited to; picking up trash, removing landscape debris, amenity upkeep and pool maintenance. The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Groundskeepers & Greenskeepers: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
