We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper for our thriving mobile home park. This part-time position offers 10-15 hours per week with a competitive hourly pay. Responsibilities:
- Maintain the dumpster area: Ensure that the dumpster area is clean, organized, and free from debris.
- Garbage pickup: Conduct regular patrols around the community to collect and dispose of any litter or trash. Keep the streets, sidewalks, and common areas clean and presentable at all times.
- Alert property manager: Act as the eyes and ears of the community by promptly reporting any maintenance, safety, or security issues to the property manager. This includes identifying potential hazards, damage to property, or any other concerns that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report any issues to the property manager.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects if necessary.
