Salary```Duties```
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces as well as our indoor spaces.
- Conduct regular landscape clean up such as trash, weeds, etc.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness. -Conduct trash removal from all indoor and outdoor cans daily.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of outdoor events or activities as needed. -Must have valid drivers license with good driving record.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping/light maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in groundskeeping/light maintenance.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. -Must perform all duties assigned by management/ownership.
