As a Greenskeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in our dedicated golf team, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back for more! Utilizing a range of mowers, hand-powered tools, and large equipment, Greenskeepers will perform essential maintenance tasks across Turning Stone Resort's renowned golf courses.
Please note: The seasonal role is April 1st through October. Full-time positions will transfer to a position inside the resort for the winter months, November 1- March 31.

Skills and experience you will bring to us as a Groundskeeper:
- Ability to operates mowers and string trimmers in maintaining greens, tees, and fairways on TSRC golf courses.
- Capacity to assist with tree and shrub maintenance: planting, transplanting, pruning, removing, and inspecting.
- Capability to assists with seeding tees, greens, and fairways; edges, rakes and maintains sand bunkers; sets tee markers and cups on greens daily; maintains ball washers; repairs, sands, and seeds divots; removes debris and cleans flower beds.
- Proficiency in constructing of new greens, tees, and fairways; grades and prepares soil base; lays sod, installs, forms, and lays walks and paths using gravel and asphalt mixes; excavates and backfills ditches and trenches with hand tools; repairs and replaces pipes on irrigation systems.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- A valid Driver’s license is required.
- Experience in golf maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
- General knowledge of the operation of heavy equipment and ability to operate hand power tools and light motorized equipment is preferred.
