Under direct supervision, the Groundskeeper performs unskilled to semi-skilled work in properly maintaining the community grounds and equipment used to maintain a manicured appearance. Works involve operating medium to light machinery and using hand tools to prune trees, mow and edge lawns, remove debris and maintain plantings. The Groundskeeper completes work within the scheduled time frame, according to the budget and priorities set by the supervisor.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3 PM
Pay: $19.00-$22.00, depending on experience
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Education –
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Training –
- One year experience in groundskeeping.
- Ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment, including riding and push lawnmowers, power edgers, weed eaters, and air blowers;
