Job Requirements for Experienced Landscapers:
- Experienced in Hardscapes / Landscaping
- Proficient in operating Landscape Equipment
- Capable of driving Trucks and Trailers
- Knowledgeable about the Landscaping Industry
Job Requirements for Crew Leader Grounds Maintenance / Laborer Position:
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader
- Proficient in Grounds Maintenance tasks
- Skilled in Mowing, Trimming Shrubs, Mulching, etc.
- Capable of driving Trucks and Trailers
Qualifications for All Positions:
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDL License is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Reliable, Responsible, and Respectful
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Compensation for All Positions:

- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Pay Range: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, Depending on Experience
