Immediate Hire for Grounds Maintenance Position
Great Hours 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
As a facility services contractor, we are currently seeking a candidate to perform grounds maintenance responsibilities at our account location with a local major financial services company. The successful candidate will perform these duties in a great work environment. All work equipment and safety equipment is provided.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Lawn maintenance
- Pressure washing patios and entranceways
- Keep the walkway clean of debris
- Trim and edge walkways
- Water plants and grass as needed
- Apply fertilizer
- Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others.
ZERO TURN experience is preferred but not required.
Must have valid state issued Driver License.
