What You'll Do: Keep our property clean and orderly through ground maintenance duties assigned by the Site Manager in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. Involves physical labor such as shoveling, raking, lifting and carrying.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Safely and effectively performs general clean up and yard maintenance duties
• Operate equipment including hand and pneumatic tools, golf cart, and skid steer (after being trained and certified.
• Continually displays proper regard for the use of time, materials, supplies and equipment.
• Displays teamwork through cooperation and maintaining supportive relationships with fellow employees and supervisors.
• Required to work regardless of weather conditions. This may require working in weather including extreme heat, frigid cold, dry and dusty, damp, wet, or snowy conditions.
• Performs all functions in accordance with the "Yes I Can" philosophy; provides support, backup and training and performs work of other positions, as qualified, when needed; performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to learn and gain new skills
• Attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment.
• Communicate effectively, coherently, and respectfully both verbally and in writing with the public and co-workers under all circumstances.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must have a "Safety First" attitude and be dedicated to upholding company policy and procedures and standard of conduct at all times.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual is a plus!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Requires working in various weather including extreme heat, frigid cold, dry, and dusty, damp, wet, or snowy conditions.
• Continually work around wood dust, fumes, and airborne particles.
• Frequently work near moving machinery, with exposure to loud noises
• Continually stand, walk, and kneel
• Frequently required to lift, pull and push up to 40 lbs., carry materials, bend, twist, climb, and balance.
• Occasionally required to use ladders, or scissor lift, and enter into tight spaces.
• Bilingual is a plus!

Supervision Received:

Receives moderate direct supervision. Occasionally makes own decisions regarding methods to use. Works largely on their own following general policies, procedures, and guidelines.
