We are looking for a Porter/Groundskeeper/Junior Maintenance Technician in the city of Indio.
We are looking for someone with excellent cleaning skills and some handyman skills.

- Able to take direction
- Neat appearance
- Reliable and hardworking
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning and removing trash from all common areas, management offices, park, vacant home sites, restrooms, and clubhouse
- Sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and vacuuming
- Touching up painting
- Replacing light bulbs in common areas
- Light maintenance work
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Keep supplies and equipment in a neat, clean, organized manner in a designated area
- Maintain all maintenance equipment in good working condition
Must pass a drug screening and employment background check.
