Potential candidates must 3+ years of professional Pet Grooming Experience with dogs AND cats, have a clean driving record, and be able to work independently without direct supervision. Must be able to communicate with pet family members about what is best for their pet.

- Train all new groomers on all aspects of grooming all different breeds for dogs and cats
- Be able to train on pet safety as well as proper handling skills
- Be a team mentor and coach current groomers
- Will be responsible for a book of assigned clients
